Our member organization Juventas released a policy paper on the state of harm reduction and recommendations on actions necessary for its improvement in Montenegro. The paper covers a variet of topics, from general information on possible harms caused by particular drugs, to specific recommendations in the areas of needle exchange or opioid substitution treatment.
